Hendrick reimagined Mag Mutual’s 40,000-square-foot Atlanta headquarters as a hospitality-forward workplace designed to elevate culture, enhance flexibility, and strengthen human connection. The project builds on a decade-long partnership and reflects a strategic shift in how Mag Mutual supports its hybrid workforce.
An in-depth workplace strategy engagement, including surveys, focus groups, and leadership interviews, helped identify opportunities to expand choice, simplify the meeting experience, and create an activity-based ecosystem that supports a range of workstyles.
A large, light-filled work café anchors the arrival experience, while a dramatic internal stair connects both floors and encourages movement and interaction. A secondary café and self-serve market support informal gathering throughout the day.
To support a meeting-heavy culture, the headquarters offers a spectrum of meeting environments alongside flexible training space. Natural light, glass-fronted rooms, biophilic elements, and dedicated wellness amenities support employee well-being, while a cohesive interior branding program reinforces Mag Mutual’s mission and values throughout the workplace.
