Project details
Marsh Atkinson & Brantley, a respected law firm with a longstanding commitment to client service and professional excellence, sought to create a new workplace that would support its operational needs while authentically reflecting the firm’s culture and values.
The design vision focused on enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and adaptability while delivering an inviting and supportive environment for both employees and clients. A key project driver was the strategic reuse of up to 90 percent of the existing architectural infrastructure, allowing the firm to direct its investment toward high-impact upgrades while significantly reducing construction costs and overall build-out duration.
Spaces were thoughtfully planned to strengthen team interaction and connection, encouraging collaboration across all levels of the firm. By leveraging the existing architectural framework, the optimized layout improved operational efficiency and reduced unnecessary square footage without compromising functionality. As hybrid work continues to shape workplace expectations, the design supports accountability, connectivity, and flexibility for both in-office and remote staff. Right-sizing the workplace ensured spaces were aligned with current headcount while remaining adaptable to evolving work styles.
The layout and finishes were intentionally selected to preserve and reinforce Marsh Atkinson & Brantley’s established culture, ensuring the environment reflects its core values. Reuse of existing elements was paired with targeted finish upgrades to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that supports comfort and positive user experiences. Built-in adaptability ensures the workplace remains flexible and future-ready, delivering a solution that balances efficiency, culture, fiscal responsibility, and long-term resilience.
